Founded in 2016 by Ishant and Twinkle Khurana, Yellow Bowl has rapidly evolved from a bootstrapped venture with just 2 lakh into a 35 crore Indo-Chinese restaurant chain, boasting a 10-12% ROI. This case study explores the strategic decisions, operational efficiencies, and innovative marketing approaches that have driven Yellow Bowl's success.
The Khuranas started with a vision of combining affordability and hygiene with Indo-Chinese cuisine. Today, they operate 16 outlets, with four more on the way, serving a diverse customer base.
